If you are an existing customer:
- you can also create a ticket via email using the support email address
- this feature will only work if you are able to send an email to us using the email that you have registered as the account holder
- please note that if you you do not send the ticket email from your registered email address then no support request will be created.
If you do have access and can send from the registered email address, then you can create a support ticket by simply sending an email to contact@acuitihq.com.
